Exchange Policy

Vastra World is always committed to providing quality & superior customer service and is willing to go the extra mile to make you smile. Under certain circumstances, we allow exchange of delivered items provided the products are in unused condition with the tags intact. However, please bear in mind that there may be variations in colour of fabric than that shown on the website due to lighting effects, digital photography and individual monitor colour settings. We request you to follow the below mentioned procedure and our team would be happy to assist you.

What needs to be done?

  • Please send an e mail to info@vastraworld.com immediately upon receipt of shipment mentioning the concern
  • Kindly organize to resend the product to Vastra World and mail the tracking number and saree code to be exchanged within 24 hours.
  • Incase no communication is received from your end within 24 hours; we consider the order as accepted.
  • Please note that shipping charges for exchanges need to be borne by the customer.

Return Policy

Products can be returned under the following circumstances
  1. When the product is damaged
  2. When a wrong product is sent
What needs to be done?

  • Kindly organize to resend the product to Vastra World and mail the tracking number within 24 hours.
  • Vastra World would organize for exchange of product or refund of amount as the case may be.
  • Incase no communication is received from your end within 24 hrs, we consider the order as accepted.
